Message: My opinion is based entirely on one phone call, so please take it with a grain of salt. This may be the best company in the world with the smartest people. I am a private lender. I help lots of people in Hawaii with money issues by loaning them "Hard Money" which is short-term and high interest. A retired lady selling her home that discovers termite issues and does not have the money to fix it so she can sell. A family facing foreclosure that just needs a few months to finish a business deal or to put another home on the market. . . etc. I do asset based lending so credit and background and bankruptcy, job status, divorce. . . none of this matters to me. The authority that I spoke to in Hawaii seemed "indoctrinated". He does not get the basics. He is not looking to help his clients, he wants everybody to fit in certain parameters and he lost the desire to help people fix their problems. 2money2 dot com.
